Flat Fee MLSOur Flat Fee MLS Service will allow you to reach thousands of consumers on your own via Realtor.com® and the internet as well as being listed in your local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) allowing realtors to bring you potential home buyers! Once in the MLS, all local realtors will be able to find your home and arrange to show it to potential home buyers. The MLS downloads to many public websites where buyers can find your home directly. 90% of homes sold in the United States are a result of MLS exposure. HOW DO I SAVE MONEY WITH FLAT FEE MLS

  • (Scenario 1) You do not choose a Flat Fee MLS package, instead you went with a traditional real estate agent. The sale of your house would cost you 6% of $500,000 which is $30,000 in Commission Fees. NO SAVINGS there.
  • (Scenario 2) You purchase a $300 Flat Fee MLS Listing package and because your home is listed on the MLS, a realtor has found you a buyer. You choose the amount of commission to pay the realtor/selling agent (typically between 1 – 3%). Lets say you chose 2%. Your total cost to sell your home is now only $10,300 (Flat Fee Package plus the 2%). That’s a savings of $19,700!
  • (Scenario 3) You purchase a $300 Flat Fee MLS Listing package and a buyer came to you direct; The buyer found your property on realtor.com® or any of the other sites you will be listed on. The total cost to sell your home is only $300. a savings of $29,700! Now thats SAVINGS!!!

* A traditional brokers commission is made up of two parts: (1) The listing commission and (2) The selling commission. Both commissions are typically 3% with a combined total of 6%.
